Do not risk buying one of these. Got the cartridge error message after two weeks of use, what a waste of money.
Can you imagine that happening while printing something important late at night and not being able to get a replacement right away.I will never buy them again. At first, everything worked fine. After a few weeks, a message saying "cartridge error" appeared and it hasn't worked anymore.Peace of mid is more important than saving a few bucks.
I'm supposed to find how to call HP and tell them I bought a foreign cartridge. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturer's warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges." Great. When I received the cartridges, they were genuine HP products -- but one cartridge was from Ireland and the other from an Asian country. Yeah, right. I installed the cartridges in mid-February and, although hardly used, today the color cartridge began printing a faint yellow and no other colors. Neither was boxed. After replacing the color cartridge, I looked at 4inkjets' return policy and learned that "name brand cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties.
If this is the way that this company does business I don't recommend them I just received the HP 74XL Black & HP 75XL Tricolor Inkjet Cartridges minus the box that it was suppose to come in. It came in a small jiffy bag with minimal protection and was sent by an Amazon affiliate INFINITE-SURPLUS.
I haven't done the statistics on page counts, but I know that I buy 3 regular cartridges to 1 XL cartridge.I love the job that my HP AIO does and I really love these XL cartridges, especially when Amazon has them at great prices. I agree with 2 out of 3 of the first 3 reviews. Thanks. Amazon does it again. I don't mind paying a little extra for an ink cartridge if it does a great job for me and it does. The XL packs go a very long way.
